                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister

(a) firstly,

(i) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in respect  

of Aruba on Air Transport, or

(ii) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Tony Valeri, Minister of Transport, or Leonard Edwards, Deputy Minister of International Trade, or Allan Culham, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Venezuela, or Grant Manuge, Counsellor, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, an Agreement between the Government of Canada and  

the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in respect of Aruba on Air Transport; and

(b) secondly, to take the action necessary to bring the Agreement into force for Canada.

               Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce dernier :

a) premièrement,

(i) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume des Pays-Bas à l’égard d’Aruba concernant le transport aérien,

(ii) soit à établir et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant l’honorable Tony Valeri, ministre des Transports, Leonard Edwards, sous-ministre du Commerce international, Allan Culham, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République du Venezuela, ou Grant Manuge, conseiller, à signer, cet accord au nom du gouvernement du Canada;

b) deuxièmement, à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur de l’Accord pour le Canada.
