                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, hereby re-appoints Joan Pennefather of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective March 23, 2004.
