                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board and Minister responsible for The Canadian Wheat Board, pursuant to subparagraph 32(1)(b)(ii) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2003-2004 of December 11, 2003; and

(b) approves the sums certain per metric tonne, fixed by The Canadian Wheat Board, basis in storage at Vancouver or Lower St. Lawrence, as set out in the annexed schedule, to be paid to producers selling and delivering to The Canadian Wheat Board, amber durum wheat produced in the designated area during the pool period, beginning on August 1, 2003 and ending on July 31, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et ministre responsable de la Commission canadienne du blé et en vertu du sous-alinéa 32(1)b)(ii) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2003-2004 du 11 décembre 2003;

b) approuve les sommes déterminées par tonne métrique, en magasin à Vancouver ou dans le Bas-Saint-Laurent, fixées par la Commission canadienne du blé et figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, à payer aux producteurs vendant et livrant à la Commission canadienne du blé, du blé dur ambré produit dans la région désignée pendant la période de mise en commun commençant le 1^er août 2003 et se terminant le 31 juillet 2004.
