                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits to Rudi Peet and Susan Kun the amount of $13,324.79, representing a refund of tax paid under Part III of the Excise Tax Act in respect of the manufacture of jewellery sold during the period beginning of   January 1, 1995 and ending on December 20, 1998.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise à Rudi Peet et à Susan Kun de la somme de 13 324,79 $ au titre de la taxe payée, aux termes de la partie III de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise, relativement à la fabrication de bijoux vendus pendant la période débutant le

1^er janvier 1995 et se terminant le 20 décembre 1998.
