                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the

Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission acquire from Sophie Katz, Gertrude Katz (Morin), Harvey Morin and Sydney Morin the property described in the annexed schedule on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                 Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la Commission de la capitale nationale acquière de Sophie Katz, Gertrude Katz (Morin), Harvey Morin et Sydney Morin la propriété décrite à l’annexe ci-jointe, selon les modalités que la Commission de la capitale nationale estime satisfaisantes.
