                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Transport Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) subsection 4.3(2) and sections 4.7 and 4.9 of the Aeronautics Act;

(b) paragraph 34(a) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act; and

(c) subsection 2(1) of the Government Property Traffic Act.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Transports), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 4.3(2) et des articles 4.7 et 4.9 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique;

b) de l’alinéa 34a) de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien;

c) du paragraphe 2(1) de la Loi relative à la circulation sur les terrains de l’État.
