                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to  

paragraph 657(1)(e) of the Canada Shipping Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’aliéna 657(1)e) de la Loi sur la marine marchande du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur la prévention de la pollution par les hydrocarbures, ci-après.
