                  Attendu que, le 11 octobre 1968, Omenica a cédé en entier, aux fins de location, la même réserve, soit une superficie d’environ 98,34 hectares (243 acres), dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique, laquelle cession a été acceptée par le décret C.P. 1969-167 du 28 janvier 1969;

                  Et attendu que la Première Nation Wet’suwet’en a sanctionné la révocation des deux cessions aux fins de location le 13 juin 2003;

                  À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accepte la révocation des deux cessions aux fins de location, laquelle révocation figure à l'annexe ci-jointe.
