Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 11 of the Auditor General Act, hereby requests the Auditor General of Canada to audit, each year, the annual financial statements of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, commencing with the 2002-2003 fiscal year.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l'article 11 de la Loi sur le vérificateur général, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil demande à la vérificatrice générale du Canada de vérifier, chaque année, les états financiers annuels de l'Agence de la consommation en matière financière du Canada, à compter de l'exercice 2002-2003.
