                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 4.3(2) and sections 4.7 and 4.9 of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.
