                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Transport, in his capacity as the appropriate Minister with respect to Ridley Terminals Inc., to enter into a contribution agreement on behalf of the Government of Canada, substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed draft agreement, to provide Ridley Terminals Inc. with the funds necessary to cover its quarterly cash deficits for the period commencing April 1, 2004 and ending December 31, 2004.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Transports, en sa qualité de ministre de tutelle de Ridley Terminals Inc., à conclure un accord de contribution au nom du gouvernement du Canada, conforme en substance aux dispositions et conditions énoncées dans le projet d’accord ci-joint, prévoyant le versement à Ridley Terminals Inc. des fonds nécessaires pour couvrir ses déficits d’encaisse trimestriels pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2004 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2004.
