                 Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé donne avis que l'honorable Geoff Regan, ou tout autre membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada que le premier ministre peut désigner, est autorisé à exercer les fonctions de ministre de la Justice et procureur général du Canada concernant toute question touchant Maher Arar et, à cette fin, utilise les services et installations du ministère de la Justice.

                 The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable Geoff Regan, or such other member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada as the Prime Minister may from time to time designate, is authorized to act as Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada in all matters relating to Maher Arar, and for that purpose, shall make use of the services and facilities of the Department of Justice.
