                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister responsible for Democratic Reform, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Donald A. Campbell, 55 Scenic Glen Crescent North West, Calgary, Alberta, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Calgary West, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.
