                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Douglas N. Youngstrom, 138 - 102 Forestbrook Place, Penticton, British Columbia, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Okanagan–Coquihalla, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on January 8, 1996.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Douglas N. Youngstrom, 138 - 102, place Forestbrook, Penticton (Colombie-Britannique), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Okanagan–Coquihalla, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 8 janvier 1996.
