                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Patricia McGeachy, 625 Revell Wynd, Edmonton, Alberta, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Edmonton Southwest, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on January 8, 1996.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Patricia McGeachy, 625 Revell Wynd, Edmonton (Alberta), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale d’Edmonton-Sud-Ouest, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 8 janvier 1996.
