                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Jeff Paulin, 45 Oakcrest Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Beaches–East York, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jeff Paulin, 45, avenue Oakcrest, Toronto (Ontario), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Beaches–East York, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 25 août 2003.
