                    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 114(1) of the Public Service Staff Relations Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1988-904 of May 12, 1988, and

(b) designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage as the Minister to whom the Public Service Staff Relations Board shall submit an annual report on the administration of that Act,

effective December 12, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 114(1) de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil : 

a) abroge le décret C.P. 1988-904 du 12 mai 1988;

b) désigne le ministre du Patrimoine canadien comme ministre à qui la Commission des relations de travail dans la fonction publique transmet un rapport annuel sur l'application de cette loi.

Ces mesures prennent effet le 12 décembre 2003.
