                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Industry in column II of that Schedule, opposite the name of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada in column I, and by substituting for it a reference to the Minister of the Environment in column II of that Schedule, opposite that name, effective December 12, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Ministre de l’Industrie » figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada » de la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre de l’Environnement », avec prise d’effet le 12 décembre 2003.
