                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Access to Information Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'alinéa b) de la définition de « responsable d'institution fédérale » à l'article 3 de la Loi sur l'accès à l'information, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant le Décret sur la désignation des responsables d'institutions fédérales (Loi sur l'accès à l'information), ci-après.
