                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Christine H. Lange, 825 2^nd Street, New Westminster, British Columbia, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of New Westminster–Coquitlam, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.
