                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Annette Côté, 1-13 Place-Orléans, Beauport, Quebec, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Beauport, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Annette Côté, 1-13, Place-Orléans, Beauport (Québec), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Beauport, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 25 août 2003.
