Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby reappoints the following persons to be full-time members of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective December 14, 2002:
