                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Official Residences Act, hereby terminates, effective January 11, 2004, the appointment of Teresa Saraiva, household staff at the Prime Minister’s residence, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur les résidences officielles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met fin, à compter du 11 janvier 2004, à la nomination de Teresa Saraiva, personnel domestique à la résidence du premier ministre et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
