                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 37(1.1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, hereby approves the response to the report dated November 21, 2003, of the joint public review panel on the Georgia Strait Crossing Canada Pipeline project, which response is annexed hereto.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 37(1.1) de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son agrément à la réponse au rapport, en date du 21 novembre 2003, de la Commission d’examen public conjoint du Projet de pipeline Georgia Strait Crossing Canada Pipeline, laquelle réponse est ci-annexée.
