                 Whereas the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, pursuant to subsection 34(1) of the Pilotage Act, published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on October 11, 2003, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Regulations Amending the Atlantic Pilotage Tariff Regulations, 1996, substantially in the form set out in the annexed regulations;

                 And whereas more than 30 days have expired after the date of publication and no notices of objection to the proposed Regulations were filed with the Canadian Transportation Agency in accordance with subsection 34(2) of the Act;

                 Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the annexed Regulations Amending the Regulations Amending the Atlantic Pilotage Tariff Regulations, 1996, made by the Atlantic Pilotage Authority on November 12, 2003.

                 Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 34(1) de la Loi sur le pilotage, l’Administration de pilotage de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique a publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I, le 11 octobre 2003, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modification le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le tarif de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique, 1996, conforme en substance au texte ci-après;

                 Attendu qu’ aucun avis d’opposition au projet de règlement n’a été déposé auprès de l’Office des transports du Canada conformément au paragraphe 34(2) de la Loi sur le pilotage;

                 À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transport et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement modifiant le règlement sur le tarif de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique, 1996, ci-après, pris le 12 novembre 2003 par l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique.
