                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 98(3) of the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into the Royalty Collection and Administration Agreement with the Government of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 98(3) de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l’Accord atlantique Canada—Terre-Neuve, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Ressources naturelles, au nom du Canada, avec la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et l’Office Canada—Terre-Neuve des hydrocarbures extracôtiers de l’Accord sur la gestion et le recouvrement des redevances, lequel est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
