                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-19, hereby appoints Michelle Chartrand of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President, Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($180,500 - $212,300), effective December 12, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2003-19 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michelle Chartrand, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de président, Agence de gestion des ressources humaines de la fonction publique du Canada, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (180 500 $ - 212 300 $), à compter du 12 décembre 2003.
