                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Manitoba Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, of May 29, 1997, hereby sets apart the lands, mines and minerals included, described in the annexed schedule for the use and benefit of the Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation Band as an addition to Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation Indian Reserve No. 1, in the province of Manitoba.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Manitoba Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, daté du 29 mai 1997, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation n^o 1, dans la province du Manitoba.
