                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 5(1) and sections 14, 89 and 201 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, and paragraph 19(1)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
