                  Whereas, pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made under the Canada Post Corporation Act (Miscellaneous Program), in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 28, 2003, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect to the proposed Regulations;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in

Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby approves the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made under the Canada Post Corporation Act (Miscellaneous Program), made on September 11, 2003 by the Canada Post Corporation.

                  Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 20(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement correctif visant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, conforme au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 28 juin 2003 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard au ministre des Transports,

                  À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 19(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, ci-après, pris le 11 septembre 2003 par la Société canadienne des postes.
