Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Saira Khan of Huntsville, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on March 1, 2028.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Saira Khan, de Huntsville (Ontario), commissaire à temps partiel de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2028.
