Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act (National Safety Marks and Importation).
