Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, under subsections 3.1(1) and 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, reappoints Robert Kwon of Toronto, Ontario, as President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of twelve months, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($277,100 - $326,000).
