Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, under sections 17 and 19 of the Indigenous Languages Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Canadian Heritage of Candice St-Aubin of Gatineau, Quebec, as Commissioner of Indigenous Languages, on an interim basis, to hold office during good behavior for a term of thirty-one days, or until she is no longer required to act as Commissioner, whichever occurs first, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($225,300 - $265,000), effective October 12, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, en vertu des articles 17 et 19 de la Loi sur les langues autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre du Patrimoine canadien de Candice St-Aubin, de Gatineau (Québec), commissaire aux langues autochtones par intérim, à titre inamovible pour une période de trente et un jours ou jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour elle d’agir à ce titre, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (225 300 $ – 265 000 $), à compter du 12 octobre 2026.
