Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Linda Kourane of Brossard, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective November 5, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Linda Kourane, de Brossard (Québec), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 5 novembre 2026.
