Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment of Kaye Staniforth Melliship of Victoria, British Columbia, as Chairperson of the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on December 31, 2027, effective October 7, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat de Kaye Staniforth Melliship, de Victoria (Colombie-Britannique), présidente du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible pour une période se terminant le 31 décembre 2027, à compter du 7 octobre 2026.
