Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Paul V. Beesley of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be Chairperson of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
