Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 11(1) and 11(2) of the Canada Early Learning and Child Care Act, appoints Monica Lynn Lysack of Regina, Saskatchewan, to be a part-time member of the National Advisory Council on Early Learning and Child Care, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective October 1, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 11(1) et 11(2), de la Loi sur l’apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Monica Lynn Lysack, de Regina (Saskatchewan), membre à temps partiel du Conseil consultatif national sur l’apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 1^er octobre 2026.
