Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 11(1) and 11(2) of the Canada Early Learning and Child Care Act, appoints Gordon Harrison Cleveland of Toronto, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the National Advisory Council on Early Learning and Child Care, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, effective October 1, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 11(1) et 11(2) de la Loi sur l’apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gordon Harrison Cleveland, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Conseil consultatif national sur l’apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 1^er octobre 2026.
