Whereas the Chief Justice of New Brunswick has nominated the Honourable Kathleen A. Quigg, a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Kathleen A. Quigg, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on December 17, 2027.

Attendu que le juge en chef du Nouveau-Brunswick a proposé que l’honorable Kathleen A. Quigg, juge de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick, soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Kathleen A. Quigg, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 17 décembre 2027.
