Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, under section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, appoints Kirk Gallinger of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Military Grievances External Review Committee, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective October 13, 2026.
