Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, under paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints John S. Fitzpatrick of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Deanna Loren Furlotte, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme John S. Fitzpatrick, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire d’Halifax, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Deanna Loren Furlotte dont le mandat a pris fin.
