Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Karen McCarthy of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Ann-Margret White, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Karen McCarthy, de Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement d’Ann-Margret White, dont le mandat a pris fin.
