Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under subsection 41(1) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, appoints Ruby Sinclair of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, to be a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.
