The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Geneviève Cotnam, a puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, be appointed Chief Justice of Quebec.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Geneviève Cotnam, juge puînée de la Cour d’appel du Québec, soit nommée juge en chef du Québec.
