Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2016-11 of January 19, 2016, appoints The Honourable Sarabjit Singh Marwah of Toronto, Ontario, to be a special adviser to the Prime Minister, to serve as a federal member of the Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2016-11 du 19 janvier 2016, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Sarabjit Singh Marwah, de Toronto (Ontario), conseiller spécial du premier ministre, afin d’agir en tant que membre fédéral du Comité consultatif indépendant sur les nominations au Sénat, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans.
