Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between Canada and the Kingdom of Spain; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Marc Miller, Minister of Canadian Heritage; Maninder Sidhu, Minister for International Trade; David Myles, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage; Francis Bilodeau, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage; or Jeffrey Marder, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Kingdom of Spain, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between Canada and the Kingdom of Spain.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le Canada et le Royaume d’Espagne;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Marc Miller, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Maninder Sidhu, ministre du Commerce international, David Myles, secrétaire parlementaire du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Francis Bilodeau, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Jeffrey Marder, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès du Royaume d’Espagne, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le Canada et le Royaume d’Espagne.
