Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Film and Television Co-Production Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Marc Miller, Minister of Canadian Heritage; Maninder Sidhu, Minister for International Trade; William Sterling Blair, High Commissioner for Canada to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Francis Bilodeau, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage; or Madeleine Chenette, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Film and Television Co-Production Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction cinématographique et télévisuelle entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Marc Miller, ministre du Patrimoine Canadien, Maninder Sidhu, ministre du Commerce international, William Sterling Blair, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, Francis Bilodeau, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Madeleine Chenette, secrétaire parlementaire du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction cinématographique et télévisuelle entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord.
