Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under subsection 170(3) of the Canada Transportation Act, approves the annexed Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations Application Exemption Order (VIA Rail Canada Inc.), made by the Canadian Transportation Agency.
