The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing the Honourable Glenn D. Joyal, Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba, to be a puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que des lettres patentes revêtues du grand sceau du Canada soient émises nommant l’honorable Glenn D. Joyal, juge en chef de la Cour du Banc du Roi du Manitoba, au poste de juge puîné de la Cour suprême du Canada.
